This includes:
- Monthly content calendar planning
- Content creation using branded templates
- Scheduling of unique & recurring evergreen posts
- Advertising budget
- Ongoing monitoring & response
- Stats tracking & performance report

Strategy & Setup
Initial Consultation
We define goals and success metrics, which helps determine our strategy and types of content and ads we will run. For example, is your goal to increase general awareness (views), engagement (comments, private messages, calls) or website visitors and convert to newsletter subscriber, inquiry or sale?
Account Access Setup
We confirm access to your Meta Business Suite and any other platforms such as email newsletter account. We also benchmark our initial metrics such as followers and email subscribers.
Review of Existing Presence
We review your existing brand messaging and visuals, as well as website and existing social media presence. We also gather required brand assets, such as brand style guide, logos, fonts, colours and imagery.
Brand Alignment
We update the social media account profile to be aligned with your visual branding, as well as optimize other page elements to elevate your base social media presence.
Market Research & Ideation
It’s important to see what others in your market are doing — or not doing, so your brand stands out. We determine the general calendar template and types of content/posts that may be suitable for certain days of the week to establish your brand’s social media rhythm.
Custom Design
Consistent with your unique brand visuals and messaging, we custom design post templates, into which unique content is inserted each week, as well as evergreen posts, which are used as reminders for recurring business features you want to highlight.

Monthly Content & Management
Planning & Calendar
We plan a consistent calendar of posts each month, determining days and times that will have the best impact on your audience.
Content Creation
We batch create your unique posts/ads using the custom branded template(s) from the Setup Session, including image selection, caption writing and hashtag research.
Scheduling
We schedule of all the unique and reusable posts for the entire month, as well as setup, schedule and monitor paid ad campaigns.
Advertising Budget
Depending on number of posts and budget, I recommend $10/day as the minimum for boosted or paid ads and running them for at least 2-days to gain the most traction and engagement. I also offer paid ad campaign support beyond boosting posts, such as targeting and A/B testing. Obviously, you can set whatever ad budget you want and we will discuss how to best allocate it during setup.
Monitoring & Response
We monitor the accounts for feedback and offer appropriate response to support brand engagement. This also builds a library of responses over time and allows us to possibly optimize your content to pre-answer queries either on your website or through informational posts.
Stats Tracking & Report
We track metrics such as views, engagement, reach and clicks on posts, as well as CPC on paid ads, throughout the month and provide a report of results. We also have a monthly strategy check-in with recommendations and action steps, so we are continually optimizing your online presence.

Plus $10/day recommended minimum for any paid ads.

About Post Types
Unique Posts use a custom-branded post template designed during setup, into which unique content for each week is inserted.
Examples:
- feature brand
- feature product
- feature menu item
- weekly promo winner
- weekly flyer special
Evergreen Posts are designed once during setup and can be reused indefinitely as recurring reminders of business features.
Examples:
- Subscribe to newsletter
- Late shopping hours
- An ongoing service
We can repeat the exact same post a second time in the same week at no extra charge. Note that if you boost a post or run an ad, it is effectively “covering” more than one day. For example, if we boost a feature post on Monday for 3-days, this counts as one unique post, but its reach will cover three full days (3 x 24 hours) until the same time on Thursday. The Ad Spend essentially “keeps the post alive,” reaching more people and beyond your existing followers.
Deposit & Payment
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $315 (includes GST) is required to book Setup Session date, with remainder due upon invoice at end of day.
MONTHLY FEE is due upon invoice at beginning of each month.
MINIMUM THREE MONTH contract if splitting the Setup fee. Monthly fee will be reduced by deposit over the three months ($105/mo).
PAYMENT accepted via Interac e-transfer.
5% GST applies to all rates.
