Answers to your frequently asked questions.
How much does it cost to work with you?
It can range from $600 for a single full day VIP Session to an average of $1800 for brand design or $2400 for a small website to $6000+ for full brand design and a more complex website, plus 5% GST.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, in a way. A 50% deposit is required to hold/book all VIP Days or project dates, with the remainder due on the project launch date.
How long will it take?
The overall timeline depends on the scope of your project, your preparedness and both of our schedules. Typically, I book one client/project at a time, so brand design is 2-4 VIP Days, scheduled within 1-2 weeks, and websites are 4-8 VIP Days scheduled within 2-3 weeks.
What if I am interested in design, packaging or a website as a standalone service?
In most cases, it best serves your business goals for everything to be in alignment; however, we can review your goals and existing assets and go from there. Please schedule a connection call.
Do I need a professionally designed logo?
Design is art informed by strategy. A professionally designed logo will take into account your market, target audience, business model, brand values, and much more. Furthermore, a professionally designed brand identity will also include a style guide outlining the appropriate colours, typography, imagery and messaging to attract your ideal customer. On a technical level, a professional designer will also provide you with correct vector logo files that will produce correctly for print, apparel, signage, etc.
What if I already have a logo?
If your previous designer provided a Brand Style Guide, great! If all you have is a logo, I offer an Accelerated Brand VIP Day, where we review your brand strategy and if your existing logo is serving your goals. If yes, then we build out the remaining Brand Kit assets:
- Mini Brand Style Guide outlining logo usage, typography, and colour palette with number values for print and web
- Logo Suite of variations for different uses or placements (e.g. horizontal, vertical, square, small icon) in formats for print and web
- Fonts Package
What website platforms do you use?
I focus on design and customization of these website types, but can work with any website builder:
- Custom HTML & CSS for small, minimalist websites that require very little maintenance and you don’t want to do it yourself
- WordPress for larger, more complex websites that you want to update yourself on a regular basis.
- Shopify for online shops.
What types of clients do you usually work with?
I typically work with women entrepreneurs of health, retail, arts and tourism businesses with 1-20 team members, who have been in business over a year, outgrown DIY, and need someone who will work with them closely to elevate their branding and web marketing.
My dream clients are spas, health clinics, food or health products, pet services or products, and retail shops. If you’re a combo of more than one (e.g. health spa and retail shop), let’s talk!
What do you look for in a client?
I value long term relationships, built through honesty and trust. I enjoy working with clients who communicate their expectations clearly, are willing to learn and listen to my recommendations, trust my design rationale, and give me creative freedom to do what is in the best interest of their brand. Ultimately design is informed by strategy, so I look forward to working with clients who see me as part of their team.
Will you help with my website or marketing after launch?
Absolutely! I love working with clients as part of their long-term marketing team. I want to help you grow and expand your brand consistently across mediums, building your brand recognition. Once you are a client, you can book full or half VIP Days or a special VIP Hour to complete smaller tasks or projects. I also offer Email Marketing services and monthly Social Media Marketing packages.
VIP Session FAQs
Should I book a half or full day? Or multiple days?
Schedule a free 30 minute consultation to discuss. If you’d like to just get it on my calendar, just book a single full day to start.
What if we have everything done by lunch?
Awesome! You are only charged for a half day (your deposit). Or you can add another small project or list of tasks to use up leftover time and get even more done!
What if we don’t get everything done?
We can book a second day (or half day) to wrap up our remaining tasks. If you’ve only booked a half day (morning session), we may be able to continue in the afternoon, depending on availability.
What if I want more time between initial design, revisions and final approvals?
I recommend scheduling two half days (for a small project) or two full days (for a large project) within the same week or, at most, one week apart.
How far in advance do I need to book?
VIP Sessions can be booked from 48 hours to the date (if available) up to 3 months in advance.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule or cancel your VIP Session — without penalty — up to one week before your booking. Rescheduling or cancelling with less than one week’s notice results in loss of your deposit. You may reschedule each VIP Session once. Remember, I am holding that entire day just for you.
